What are your reactions to the scholarship?
This scholarship surpasses any compliment words can describe. This scholarship is not merely a blessing, but an honor as well. This scholarship is one of the most prestigious and meaningful honors I have won in my life and I look forward to upholding the values and personalities that Sulé represented. I think of this scholarship as an extension of Sulé’s presence, which Sam and I have been given the opportunity to represent.
What does winning the scholarship mean to you?
Winning this scholarship is such a blessing and an honor because it means so much more than just being recognized. This scholarship, in the memory of our late Sulé, means that someone felt that I was special enough, important enough, impactful and honorable enough to represent and further Sulé’s name and reputation. This scholarship and its reverence mean nothing short of the world to me as I not only aim to further Sulé’s value and rejoice his life that was, but also as I will strive to make sure Sulé is forever remembered. |
